Hi! I'm Caitlin, a healer who was born highly sensitised to people’s emotions, their pain points and energies. Through very ill health, including losing and regaining my eye sight, needing sleep for 21   hours of the day, passing out losing physical consciousness over years helped me to seek out the best healers and learn from many of them. My experiences have been golden, instrumental in accepting these highly sensitised abilities and to be able to use them as powerful tools to help others. I’ve worked as an energy healer for over a decade, incorporating   First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand into my practice. I love looking at a person’s wellbeing from a holistic perspective especially with people who have sensitive constitutions as I have. Due to this I have a deep understanding in this area.  I’m passionate about supporting individuals and also facilitating larger groups, giving people the opportunity to connect with community. My intention is to encourage people to heal, elevate their skills in practical ways, further the number of people they positively impact, and recharge themselves on a Soul level.  More empaths are now being drawn to heal and lead with their sensitivities. I understand people in that position, I believe this work, the training events, techniques and these products offer people the opportunity to do just that.
